This Associate Business Analyst provides an unparalleled opportunity to break into healthcare, learn, and establish the foundation for a successful career in technology and process improvement consulting. They work with an extended team to collect and achieve clean data across all responsible departments, analyze large data sets to reduce waste and inefficiencies, support software implementations and training programs to ensure that our clients maintain a safe and balanced practice. The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for conducting on-site data collection and data quality analysis. They will work closely with clients and business analysts to ensure absolute data integrity is achieved and sustained.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support data collection projects and analysis

  • Perform data quality analysis across large data sets

  • Communicate and support advanced analytics internally

  • Support software implementations

  • Conduct market research and prospect targeting campaigns.

  • Helps design/develop internal processes, templates and customer facing material.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, Science or related field

  • A proven track record of leadership, hard work, and strategic thinking

  • A solid understanding for career goals and aspirations

  • Willing to travel and work on client sites

  • Good business sense

  • Team player, open, pleasure to work with and positive in a group dynamic

  • Loyal and reliable

  • Highest ethical standards

  • Driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial, proactive and productive

 

Preferred Professional Skills

  • High potential to learn, adapt and advance skillsets.

  • Experience in keynote and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, statistical analysis

  • with Excel functions, data mining)

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Basic quantitative analysis skills 

  • Record of extracurricular activities and accomplishments

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Technically savvy
