The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong data and interpersonal expertise. This role requires cross-functional work with our Analytics, Project Management, Software Development, and Consulting teams. We welcome extremely detail oriented, creative individuals who enjoy working with others and want to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge health tech-company.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evolve and enforce policies for effective data management.

  • Sustain logic for industry standard nomenclature and categorization of surgical devices. 

  • Design and Establish SOP’s for governing and evolving data sets. 

  • Assist with data interpretation, standardization and updates

  • Complete special assignments in a timely manner

  • Serve as a surgical instrument expert including but not limited to: naming, uses, cross reference and types.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • The candidate must have 1+ years of experience and a strong background in working with data in software systems.

  • One or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Healthcare, Medical Supplies/Device Product management.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

  • Aptitude to solve complex problems autonomously.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.

  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and data migrations.

  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.

This role is a part time position.
