The AscendX 2026 Super User Conference returns in Chicago, IL bringing together sterile processing, surgical operations, and healthcare leaders from across the country.
AscendX brings together leaders across healthcare supply chain, sterile processing, and hospital operations to share insights, innovations, and real-world success stories. We invite Ascenders, healthcare professionals, and industry partners to submit proposals to present at the upcoming AscendX Conference.
Our conference sessions highlight practical strategies, measurable outcomes, and forward-thinking ideas that help healthcare organizations operate smarter and deliver better patient outcomes.

All proposals will be reviewed by the AscendX conference committee. Selected speakers will be notified following the review period.
Presentation Guidelines
Selected sessions will include:
45 minutes of presentation
Live audience Q&A
Sessions should focus on actionable insights, real-world experiences, and educational takeaways for healthcare professionals.
