Q: When I transfer my data from the current system into Sonar, will it be automatically cleaned up?

A: When your data is transferred into Sonar, it will be cleaned up automatically. We link your information to our robust instrument ecosystem, consolidating duplicates, applying cross references and instrument images, and instantly appointing a standardized naming system that is uniform across all count sheets and departments.

Q: What IT involvement is required with implementing Sonar?

A: Only minimal IT involvement is required to implement Sonar—much of which you’re already utilizing with your current system. In fact, all you need is two cloud connectors. This is 70% to 80% less resource intensive for IT to stand-up when compared to Legacy systems.

Q: Does my IT need to set up onsite servers like they do for Legacy tracking systems?

A: No, since Ascendco specializes in cloud-based solutions, you don’t need any onsite servers for it to operate. Sonar is a fully managed, highly available private cloud hosted SaaS platform.
