No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize: One (1) Hotel Package registration to AscendX 2026 (September 21–23, 2026, Chicago, IL), including full conference access and two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations at the Swissôtel Chicago (check-in September 21, check-out September 23). Approximate retail value: $1,800. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash equivalent. Winner is responsible for all travel and transportation expenses to and from Chicago, and for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability.

Entry Period: Entries accepted through Monday, April 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET.

Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries following the close of the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be announced and notified on Friday, May 2, 2025. The winner must respond within 5 business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected at Ascendco Health’s discretion.
