The conference takes place September 22–25, 2025, in Chicago, IL. Sessions are hosted at Merchandise Mart with offsite events nearby.

A laptop isn’t required but is encouraged for hands-on product training, analytics workshops, and live demos. 

This is a one-hour interactive Q&A where attendees can rotate between tables hosted by Ascendco experts. Each table focuses on a specific module or theme, like analytics, compliance, AI, or executive strategy. It’s a chance to get personalized answers and practical tips directly from the team who built and use the platform.

All attendees get access to sessions, networking events, the Fix It Bar, and complimentary software upgrades. Breakfast and lunch will be complimentary during conference days. There will be complimentary appetizers and beverages at the Welcome Party at Hubbard Inn. In addition, dinner will be complimentary at our Magic of Chicago Dinner Xperience at 7 N Carpenter St, Chicago, IL. 

It’s a live, on-site support desk where you can troubleshoot current issues and activate new Sonar + SQ.track features with our team—free of charge.

Yes. All attending Ascendco clients will receive complimentary access to new Sonar and SQ.track functionalities rolled out during the conference.
