Hotel accommodations for the nights of September 21st and 22nd if you booked the Hotel Package. If you are staying in Chicago additional days, you are responsible for coordinating your accommodations.
Coordinating and covering the cost of your travel to and from Chicago (including airfare, train, or local transportation)
Transportation between the airport/train station and the Swissôtel Chicago.
Any hotel nights beyond September 21–23. Let us know on the form if you’d like us to extend your room booking at the conference hotel, but this will be at your own expense.

Tuesday evening, September 22 — after the awards ceremony concludes at 6:30 PM, enjoy your own personal exploration time in Chicago; meals, activities, and transportation after this time are at your own expense
