To ensure your sponsorship delivers maximum value, we’ll be featuring your company across a wide range of event materials. Here’s how your submitted information will be used:
Conference Brochure
Your logo and company description will appear in the printed brochure distributed to all attendees.
AscendX Website
Your company will be listed as a sponsor on the event landing page with your logo, description, and a link to your site.
Conference App
We’ll include your branding, session details, and contact information in the app used by attendees to navigate the conference.
Presentation Slides
Your logo and sponsorship tier will be featured in slide decks used during general sessions and transitions throughout the event.
Social Media Recognition
We’ll highlight your participation on Ascendco’s LinkedIn and social platforms leading up to and during the event.
Providing these materials allows us to accurately and consistently promote your company and helps attendees connect with your team both at and after the conference.

Yes. All sponsor attendees must formally register through our AscendX registration page. After you complete the sponsor submission form, Hannah Moore will send you a discount code to register your allotted number of complimentary attendees based on your sponsorship tier. Your registration does not include hotel unless you pay the additional fee for the Hotel Package.
Yes. Once you’ve registered your complimentary attendees using your discount code, you may purchase additional tickets at the standard conference rate through the registration portal.
Please submit your educational session title and short description by August 15. Hannah Moore will follow up to approve and confirm your session placement.
